Networking
Network With Us
Our networking events create space for creatives to come together and connect in meaningful ways. These gatherings encourage open conversations where participants can brainstorm ideas, discuss challenges and barriers within the art industry, and share resources and experiences. Attendees are invited to give and receive feedback, build supportive relationships, and engage in one-on-one conversations with others in the community. Whether online or in person, our events are designed to foster collaboration, growth, and a stronger creative network.
Do you have a skill you’d love to share with the community? We’d love to collaborate with you on an upcoming networking event.
Workshops can be educational—such as website development, logo design, or marketing strategies—or creative, like watercolor painting, mending, or other hands-on art practices.
We offer an honorarium to all selected collaborators in recognition of your time, knowledge, and care. If you’re interested in leading a session, get in touch with us to bring your ideas to life.

Zine Making Workshop
This month, My Friend Frankie and Flintyfae are collaborating to bring you a Zine Making Workshop. In this workshop, avid collager and artist Flintyfae (TJ Castrataro) will guide you to collage, craft, and create! You will learn what a zine is, why they are important, and how to make one. Using materials like magazines, paper, stickers, and markers, you'll be able to create something that is unique, all while connecting with your community.
About the artist: Flintyfae
Flintyfae is the alias for TJ Castrataro, a collage and mixed media artist based in Tiohtià:ke/Montréal. They use whatever they can get their hands on to create worlds on paper. Through secondhand supplies and a keen eye, TJ is able to imagine soft things about hard times.
